HISTORY OF VAUGHAN’S PUB
Welcome to Vaughan’s Pub Kilfenora. This historical building has been a pub for over 100 years. Located in the quaint village of Kilfenora in County Clare, known as the Gateway to the Burren, Vaughan’s Pub is a versatile establishment encompassing a pub, restaurant, guest house, and wedding barn.
New owner Patrick O’Connor is keen to ensure the tradition and reputation of Vaughan’s continues for another 100 years.
Make Vaughan’s your home away from home and take advantage of our ideal location to discover the wonders of the Burren, explore the coastal routes of the Wild Atlantic Way, and uncover all the hidden gems Co. Clare has to offer—including the majestic Cliffs of Moher, a quick drive away.
Home of the infamous Kilfenora Céilí Band, enjoy the great atmosphere in our pub, with traditional Céilí music sessions every Friday and Sunday night.

We welcome tour groups of all sizes. Our large car park is safe and secure, ideal for parking large buses.
Let your tour group enjoy good food in our traditional bar, which seats up to 100 inside. We have ample outdoor dining, perfect for those sunny day tours. We are happy to reserve seating for your tour group when booked in advance.
